Lauren began in music as a member of several regional alt-folk bands such as The Savants, The Soul Guardians, Selling Your Relatives, and sharing the stage with such diverse notables as Gamble Rogers, Christine Kane, Toad the Wet Sprocket, Caroline Aiken, John & Mary (formerly of 10,000 Maniacs,) John Mayer, and India Arie.

In addition, she has received widespread airplay of her 1st and 2nd CDs from independent, and internet radio stations across the US, most notably - XM Satellite, Sirius, GoGirls, NetteRadio, Laney Goodman’s Women in Music, www.womenonair.com and Philadelphia’s WXPN www.xpn.org . She was featured artist of the week on WIMS EyeQRadio in North Miami Beach, FL, as well as featured artist of the day on NWEZ Sonic Chronicles w/Aaron Childs.

And she has performed in, and organized several Indiegrrl concerts and benefits, as well as participating in various regional compilations, studio session work and commercial spots.
She is currently watching the eclipses, finishing the epic 3rd release, and seeking that ever-elusive perfect cup of coffee.
